When a death has occurred, it can be extremely daunting for the relatives. There are so many decisions to be made about the funeral, not to mention the paperwork that is involved and, of course, the cost.
We are here to discuss with you all elements of arranging a funeral, we treat every family as individuals and use our professional knowledge to advise you and provide the best possible service for your needs.
24 hour Service
Whenever your time of need, there is always a qualified funeral director on hand to help you. We also offer out of hours appointments for viewings, arranging funerals etc by prior agreement.
Burial or Cremation
Whether you decide upon a burial or cremation, we will arrange all aspects of the funeral on your behalf.
Religion
We have vast experience of arranging and conducting funerals for all denominations and are happy to help people of all religions.
Chapel of Rest
We have our own private chapels of rest which are located within our offices at Manchester Road. The main Chapel seats up to 30 people and is therefore suitable for services to be held if required.
Cars
All our vehicles are Mercedes-Benz and are maintained to the highest standard. We can provide as few or as many vehicles as you require for transportation to and from the funeral.
Newspapers
Should you require an announcement in the newspaper to notify people of the death, we are happy to help draft a suitable notice and place it in the newspaper of your choice.
Flowers/donations
We are able to order suitable floral tributes on your behalf if required, or you are welcome to use a florist of your own choice. We will take delivery of all flowers and arrange for them to be taken somewhere suitable after the funeral (e.g the Hospice) if requested.
We will take responsibility for collecting and holding donations made to the charity of your choice. After the funeral the donations can be collected by you, or we will pass them on to the charity on your behalf, informing you of the amount and donor details.
