This year has been the hardest and without dixons I wouldn’t have got through it from the minute i picked the phone up in February and spoke to Krista I knew I had made the right decision choosing them to help plan my mums furneral . They are welcoming professional and take care and pride in their jobs. Little did I know I would need Krista again 8 months later and I wouldn’t have had anyone else looking after my dad after his passing . As NAFD members, we follow the Funeral Director Code, undergo regular inspections—including by Rochdale Health Inspectors—and are committed to the highest standards of care.
If a complaint arises, we follow the NAFD Resolve process, independently overseen by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
