Well, what to say after Mum's funeral, how to adequately thank Dixons for such a wonderful service delivered with such sensitivity, care and compassion. Krista is absolutely brilliant, as are the rest of the team. She coordinated everything, from the first meeting about arrangements to ensuring smooth arrangements on the day itself. Her genuine warmth and smiling reassuring presence at the funeral meant everything. The flowers, orders of service, casket, funeral service organisation all delivered as promised, every wish or request patiently discussed and then delivered. It all made for the best a funeral can be. Some people in life are exactly in the profession they were meant to be as they are so good at what they do, and Krista is one of them. A huge thank you to the Dixons team from myself, my sister and our father. UPDATE In June 2026 we lost my father, 10 months after Mum died. Once again we turned to Dixon's who provided us with compassion, respect and the professionalism to see us through another funeral. They go above and beyond, there are not sufficient words to describe the excellence of the service they provide during one of life's most difficult moments. All the staff we encountered were brilliant at what they do but in particular I would wish to thank Krista from the bottom of my heart. She is amazing and special, thank you so much.
Dixons have handled both my mum and dads funerals both within the space of 10 months. Their care and compassion has been outstanding. I can’t speak highly enough of the care and professionalism shown by Krista and the team whilst organising my uncle’s funeral. I would recommend Dixons Funeral Service to absolutely anyone going through such a heartbreaking loss. Krista was amazing, she was always on hand to answer any questions and organised such a lovely, beautiful celebration of life for my Dad. It was an amazing service, better than any of us could have imagined. The whole process was made really easy by Krista and her colleagues and they all kept very good care of my Dad, we cannot thank them enough. Can’t thank Dixons enough for how they helped us with our mums sudden passing , we had no idea what to do and Krista helped us all the way through and made it as easy for us as possible. The day went lovely and the service they provided was excellent from start to finish .

As NAFD members, we follow the Funeral Director Code, undergo regular inspections—including by Rochdale Health Inspectors—and are committed to the highest standards of care.
If a complaint arises, we follow the NAFD Resolve process, independently overseen by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
